2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select the desk lamp you’d like to purchase, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your order.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs will vary depending on your location, and delivery times may differ. You will be able to view your shipping options and costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • UK Orders: Usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Use the tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@ionva.shop. We process orders quickly, but if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate changes.

7. How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. For more details on how to initiate a return, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@ionva.shop with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

10. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re constantly working on expanding our services, so check back with us for future updates!

11. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders. If you’re interested in purchasing a large quantity of desk lamps for your business or project, please contact us at support@ionva.shop for more details on wholesale pricing.

12. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@ionva.shop. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update the shipping information. Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging. However, all of our desk lamps are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
